The nose reveals its rapid ageing in oak. Elegant aromas of toast and aniseed, as well as spices from the French oak and subtle toffee candies. The aromatic part of the variety is also present, being a wine with a fruity and herbaceous character. The palate is broad and velvety due to its time in oak, with medium acidity and a long, pleasant finish.
