Organic wine without poison or chemical additives is good for the bees. Good for the soil. Good for biodiversity. And good for the winegrowers (pesticides and herbicides have been demonstrably linked to Parkinson's, an occupational disease among winegrowers). So good for people, animals and planet. And for the taste. Organic is not a wish, but a necessity.
