Use of personal data
When you use our online store, we obtain certain information from you. This could be personal data. We only store and use the personal data that is provided directly by you, in the context of the service you have requested, or for which it is clear that it was provided to us for processing.

Our portal gives you access to a management environment where you can set, specify and change things yourself.

Processing orders

In addition to the information on our website, we can also inform you about our new products and services: by post, by e-mail, via social media, by telephone.

Contact form and newsletter
We offer the opportunity to ask questions via our online store through a contact form, where you will be asked to fill in various details to handle your question. You can choose which information you provide. The data you send us will be stored for the duration needed to fully answer and process your form of email, dependent on its nature. We offer a newsletter through which we inform interested parties about our products and/or services. Every newsletter contains a link with which you can unsubscribe. Your email address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your explicit permission.

Location data
If necessary for the service, we may collect location data (GPS) from you. Your permission will be requested for this at the time. This (location) data can also be stored and processed by the provider of, for example, the navigation/map software, such as Google Maps, but the data can also be used by, for example, Google or Apple itself. We have no influence over this. We recommend that you read the privacy statements of the relevant provider.

When using our online store, the information provided by you will be published on the internet and will then be visible to anyone. You can decide yourself which information is published. It is a possibility that you can be traced through this. Upon request, we anonymize information that has been published.

Disclosure to third parties

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to track how visitors use our online store. We have entered into a processing agreement with Google to make agreements about the handling of our data. Furthermore, we have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services, and finally we anonymize the IP addresses.

We take security measures to limit misuse and unauthorized access to personal data.

Retention periods
The personal data described above will be kept for as long as necessary to process your orders, including warranty. We then store data for a maximum of one year for the described statistical purposes. The data will then be deleted, unless there is a legal obligation that requires longer retention (such as the tax retention obligation of seven years for payment data).

Third party websites
This privacy statement does not apply to third-party websites that are connected to our online store through links. We cannot guarantee that these third parties handle your personal data in a reliable or secure manner. We recommend that you read the privacy statement of these websites before using these websites.

Changes to this privacy statement
We reserve the right to make changes to this privacy statement. It is recommended that you consult this privacy statement regularly so that you are aware of these changes.

Inspecting and changing your data
For questions about our privacy policy or questions regarding access and changes to (or deletion of) your personal data, you can contact us at any time using the details below. You can also send us a request to view, change or delete this data. You can also submit a request for data export for data that we use with your consent, or indicate with reasons that you want us to limit the processing of personal data.
