A blend of local grapes, tradition, low yields, dry farming, fermentation, and aging in oak barrels, imbued with soul and time. These are very special wines of limited production, crafted from grapes harvested from our oldest organic vineyards nestled in the heart of the Park Hoces del Cabriel (UNESCO Biosphere Reserve).
