Bike Chardonnay Winemakers Release Organic
The nose reveals aromas of ripe lychees, vanilla, smoke, and honey, stone fruit such as peach and citrus. The vanilla of the wood blends perfectly with the Chardonnay, a neutral variety that is very well adapted to this type of ageing. Good entry on the palate and long aftertaste, very saline. The vanilla takes over the mouth. Medium acidity. It is not a cloying wine in spite of the notable wood that it has. Notes of banana, mango and dried fruits can also be appreciated.
